UK singer Ed Sheeran is heading to Ghana to record new music as part of a
career adventure in Africa.
The 24-year-old English singer-songwriter and musician said he is looking for “inspiration” for his upcoming music and believes the ambience in Ghana could help inspire his new project.
Facts:
According to a news report, Ed Sheeran’s motivation to travel to the former British Colony is part of a larger goal to “include sounds and influences from around the world, particularly Africa” in new material.
The Thinking Out Loud hit singer is hoping to store the sounds he will be recording in Ghana and other African countries for future songs.
