The Musicians Union of Ghana
(MUSIGA) has commended Reggie Zippy and Bollie who make up Menn on Point for
making it to the finals of this year’s X Factor reality show in the U.K.
The union believes that the feat of
the duo has proven beyond all doubt that Ghana music is on the resurgence and
with determination, hard work and support our music can go far.
A statement to the media read: “From
the beginning of the reality show, your enthusiasm, artistry and dedication to
your art have stood you in good stead as you kept securing commendations from
the judges and rave reviews from the media and other entertainment pundits.
On behalf of the Musicians Union of
Ghana and the entire music industry in Ghana we say “ayekoo” and urge you to
keep the flag high as you make mother Ghana proud of you”.
