Music producer
Appietus has dismissed public criticism directed at him for accepting the
portfolio of Talent Discovery and Development Director, in the newly elected
Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA) administration headed by Obour.
Appietus has been accused of hypocrisy for accepting the position despite running and losing against Obour in the MUSIGA election held last October.
During election period, he accused the Obour led administration of mismanagement of the music administration.
The sound engineer who used to be a member of the Obour administration before he resigned to vie for the position of president in the MUSIGA election said he has received assurance from Obour that things would be done very differently during his new four-year tenure.
Appeitus, however, warned that he is prepared to resign and walk away once more if he realises that Obour is refusing to take the pieces of advice of those around him.
