The lawyer confirmed that the budding musician “has not engaged his services by way of a negotiation” after he secured bail for him two weeks ago.
When the case was eventually called, the judge ordered the prosecution to produce a copy of the video showing Wisa on stage unzipping his manhood during the next hearing.
The case has been adjourned to February 5.
Wisa is currently on bail after he was arrested by the police for exposing his genitals on stage at the ‘December 2 Remember’ concert at the Accra International Conference Center on Christmas Eve.
