Manager of popular Ghanaian
dancehall artist Shatta Wale, Bulldog has defended insults rained on a fan by
the dancehall artiste after he was criticized.
Last week, Shata Wale lashed out
at a fan on social media after he asked the self proclaimed Dancehall King to
‘go get a BET award’ when he posted a photograph of his brand new Range Rover.
Facts:
In response, the artist of the
year wrote unprintable words to insult the fans asking if the BET award would
take him to his mother’s funeral.
But speaking on a radio show
recently, Bulldog said “the fact that people sit in their homes and insult the
president and other personalities who choose not to talk about it, does not
mean it is the right way to go.
He expressed concern about the
continuous show of disrespect for public figures adding that he chooses to
ignore insulting comments made by people out of courtesy but he has every right
to respond to them.
