Head of Special Project
of the Musicians Union of Ghana, Daddy Bosco has confirmed Ghȼ 3000.00 nomination price for Aspirants of the upcoming National Musigha elections.
The Union in its last
elections, charged Aspirants who filed in their nominations about a thousand
Ghana Cedis, which has seen an astronomical increase this year.

According to Daddy
Bosco, although the cost of nominations for the Presidential position comes
with huge financial burden, the Union approved the fixed amount to help
generate funds to run the administration of the music Association.
He debunked reports
that the Union fixed such huge amount on the forms to deter potential
candidates from contesting the Presidency, stressing that the criteria for the
nomination might not favor every aspirants.
