Ghanaian Hip life artiste A Plus has condemned the Musicians Union of
Ghana for the current state of the headquarters office in Accra.
The storey office was donated by the government of Ghana renovated, by MUSIGA and commissioned by the late President John Evans Attah Mills during his time as the country’s vice president.
Facts:
In a message on his Facebook page, A Plus questioned the Union on how the 2million Ghana cedis which was allocated by the government to the creative arts industry was utilized.
The pictures he included in the post shows the building has been deprived of painting and other infrastructural activities.
He says all members and executives of the union should bow their heads in shame because this according to him is a disgrace to the union.
A Plus therefore pleaded with members of the union to strive to make the place conducive and comfortable enough for the late President Mills’ soul and spirit should he pass by for visiting.
