The case
involving the President of the Music Council of Ghana Ekow Micah has been
adjourned to tomorrow August 26.
The musician who
is accused of possessing a quantity of dried leaves suspected to be Indian hemp
has secured the assistance of a lawyer who then asked the court to adjourn the
case to enable him better study the facts.

Percy told the court that after discussing with the accused some interesting
revelations came up therefore he is seeking a two week adjournment to prepare
for the trial and bail application.
The court
subsequently adjourned the matter to August 26 for hearing.
